Greetings everyone, Myer have released their Black Friday specials as part of their new catalogue and seems like some great prices.

Within the catalogue it seems like they have stuffed up a bit with the photo and direct link (to the 10th Gen), but the ASIN B08N3J8GTX links to the new 11th Gen Kindle:

They have also put the Fire TV 4K Max for $59 in the catalogue but worded it incorrectly it seems. Multiple sources have confirmed this will be $59 around the place for Black Friday so this is mostly confirmed to be the max model (rather than the clearance 4K model).

      It's all but confirmed that most big stores will have the 4K Max for $59 for Black Friday, but I'll remove out of the title for now just in case.

    There is still no sign of any current Kindle on Myer's website, even though it's in the catalogue dated 16/11 to 5/12. Hope I'm wrong, but unless this product suddenly appears on the Myer website on Black Friday, this deal is looking like a potential fizzer to me, at least at Myer.

      The Fire TV's were pulled for sale also and are in the catalogue, so I'm guessing that they'll be uploaded over the weekend or on Monday ready for this promotion. They wouldn't advertise something that didn't exist.

          If they fail, It’s almost certain that Amazon and other places will have a similar price for Black Friday, similar to previous years.. PW 10th Gen has been $149 for the past 2 BF’s.

    I note it's listed at $169 in JB Hifi's Black Friday sale now too. Surely it'll be the same everywhere, including Amazon.

    Is it likely that Amazon will be running the same promotion on the Kindle Paperwhite for their Biack Friday sale? I have am Amazon gift voucher that I need to use and am wondering whether to hold off and wait until next Friday

        Noticed it's been matched by Officeworks, so no chance for.a price beat.

        I need to do the numbers and work out where offers the best deal for me. I think I may have a $10 Myer voucher too. Unfortunately my threshold is $200, a smaller amount of $150 would have made my decision much easier.

    Ended up ordering with the genuine leather cover. Dug around found a second $10 voucher hiding in my emails so the Kindle and the cover came to $208.95 with $20 eVoucher back.

    Got the new Kindle today and……does anyone else's screen has a pink tinge when held side by side with the older version? I've set warmth to zero and brightness to maximum and there is a distinct difference between the two devices.

    Apart from the size, which is a huge improvement, I think I prefer the old one. This was not the plan.
