Anyone with Harbour ISP Opticomm?

I am moving to a place with opticomm service. Harbour ISP looks alright. Appreciate if anyone can share service experience.

    I am with Harbour ISP and Opticomm - they get a lot of flak from folk in my building but I've found them to be alright. I believe carrier-grade NAT can only be switched off for $10/month which might annoy you (other ISPs will switch it off for you free upon request). You get a better deal but probably lesser speeds too.

    Just be careful, I noticed this today and will be cancelling. I am supposed to be on the 1000/50 plan. My service has been quietly downgraded to 100 it seems. Discovered it by chance.

    Good luck I have Nest wifi that reports on this stuff.

    Stay far far away. I used them and used to recommend them, and they are very bad. Go with Launtel.

    Thanks all. Went with leaptel 250 promo plan. So far so good.

      Awesome! I only joined Leaptel a few days ago but have been really good, happy with no lock in contract and their call center waits are very good.

      Harbour wait times were over 1 hour for me which was annoying when problems occur (and they were very bad even when you got someone)
