  once you find the right fare, probably best to book directly via Singapore Airlines website.

  Their website can tell you if its a Vaccinated Traveler Lane (VTL) flight or not. Some of the flights from Sydney are non-VTL flights meaning you'll need to go into quarantine on arrival regardless of whether you're vaccinated or not.
