70

Even though you don't get that much credit, it is still worth it because of the phone you get.
Cheers.

    24 month contract = yuck.

Better to buy it outright from handtec or someone and go on a cheap liveconnected or tpg plan IMO.

absolutely abysmal value right there. buy it outright and go on a cheap plan as suggested above. no contract, and great value.

  • Offer ends 29th March…

  • cheers

seems like it might be expensive overseas, so $792 paid off over 24 months really doesn't sound too bad.

thats what i said to myself about galaxy nexus when it was first out. now look at the price of it!

    it'll be under $500 in 3 or 4 months!

    • a lot can happen in 3 months!

        nuclear war?

in which case you probably can get out of your contract for free. win.

but you don't get to enjoy your phone..Lose

  • Poor deal. The $19/month plan only gives you $70 of value. Then they stooge you an extra $17 per month for the phone.

  • www.becextech.com.au seel for 650 that is 27.5 a month + 11 for a liveconnected sim = 38.50 a month extra $4.50 and it gives u much more value. plus no contract.

As long as our dollar stays high, outright seems to be better option. even for iphone.

    • That will cost $142 more and what about delivery, probably a grey import, $20 sim charge, poor customer service.

      • Not sure if you even know what you are talking about. 11 dollar is Tribe 11 plan which has much for data and calls, You want to compare a similar plan….Fine that will be Tribe 8 which is $8 a month. This plan is still much better that the Optus plan on offer. For that little extra and not bond to a 24 month contract is sure worth it.

BTW Becextech don't charge delivery. As for the warranty grey import so what. Its not that difficult to warranty an HTC phone and grey importer like Techrific and Becextech had been know for good warranty.

Having said all this if you don't want to pay the outright price than go on a contract is the only way.

  • I am moving the URL to Optus' website. However it is currently showing "Out of Stock" — so how do you actually pre-order it?
