    I hope my order tracks correctly. Just checked on order details page it says I purchased it at 11.02pm even though I placed the order at 10.59pm but the payment said pending.

      If the order details page says 11:02, that's the time that'll likely be reported back to our system which would invalidate any Cashback.

        If you don't have screenshots, it's nearly impossible for us to take to eBay to dispute.
        If there's any form of evidence you can provide, I would say keep the order.
        If not, then feel free to cancel.

    Hi GYB, I placed an order at 10:57pm but then ebay changed it to processed at 11:00pm. I have screenshots showing when the order was placed. Will the order track with 10% as i used one of the above codes or will it go to the 1-2% that applies after this deal finished?

          Did your cancellation go through? I ended up cancelling but still waiting for a response about whether it was successful. In the mean time, my shopback tracked at $0 which i suspect was due to the cancellation request so if they do end up sending it, i'll have to pay shipping to return.

        Just to clarify it is not the order confirmation email as these are somewhat delayed.

        If you take a look at your order details page, the first line will look something like this:

    Argh….I hate how eBay can take 5-10mins to send through order confirmations!!

    Realistically speaking, these timed offers should have a cut-off time of 10mins prior to the actual expiry because rarely can you ever place an order in the last 10mins and have the cashback applied.

    Has anyone else received an email from Shopback with the cashback value of $0? My order and confirmation from eBay was at 7:15pm and I used the APBF25 code. Transaction isnt listed in my Shopback tracking, but it’s the only eBay order I made today.

      It's far too early for your order to be tracked as eBay take up to 7 days to report your order back to us.
      If you've made any earlier orders, these are likely trickling through to our systems now.

          No tracking emails for any of my 2 eBay transactions (well within the cap).

          One of the orders has already shipped.

          GYB has reiterated that tracking can take up to 7 days. However, from past experience the tracking occurs in less than 20 hours with SB, and much faster with CR.

        Going to recover my cashback through support system, but this is a real pain. Also it now got so hard to control of what's been tracked, tracked correctly and what's not. The system must be improved to have no delays on all transactions, otherwise it is not possible to follow each delayed transaction.

          What do you mean? The system is pretty good already and they have improved it from before. It shows you the date in the app along with order number. You then align the date and order number to your email you received for detail i.e. order time. For order not tracked there is the click history with timestamps?

          You ordering late and getting delay by payment process is annoyed but its like making ice. You expect the same quality for it to be frozen when you waited to the last minute to place it into the freezer and only for the fridge to start the cool cycle after 5 mins because the temperature went up.

              @Smallman: Payments are now a 1-2 min process since PayPal was dropped by eBay for sellers. We are paying eBay's corporate address who subsqeuntly fuels the money to the seller after 2 days into the seller debt account. They why you see a payment pending under your items now.

        What does it really prove other than to show that you have followed the process?

        Folks can modify their machine clock beforehand.
        Do you show all your browser settings? How do you prove that you don't have Pi-hole or VPN running, or any other cookie killers?

          Generally speaking the VPN/cookie etc. Blockers when on the website it will usually warn the user that THIS WEBSITE IS TRYING TO TAKE YOU TO XXXX.XXXX. etc, or website will say that cant track, aka try disabling adblock etc. (from my experience with Brave and other adblockers).

          I was using a GL inet's router during this purchase, And I believe i turned off the Adguard Home (But i think i didn't that why in logs/queries it said tracking.shopback.com.au BLOCKED , (A sign i might have not turned it of). VPN was turned off. It tracked fine for me.

          BUT FOR YOUR TIMING ISSUE its simple. In the recording open a tab and google world LIVE CLOCK- nothing should be disputing that unless the website you visited was hacked.

          It's 100% at the merchant's discretion, but they will never reject legitimate claims.
          They will only reject claims that they can see have been attributed to another marketing channel (not ShopBack).
          They can also reject claims that have broken the T&C's or fall into their exclusions categories.
          All of which is listed on our merchant pages anyway.
