            • @ESEMCE: Tried this and tried to copy the video settings but I have no idea how an equaliser works so no idea what I am actually doing lol.

              • @Fergy1987: Think of it like a volume control that affects only a certain range of tones..
                Left side of screen are the lower tones (ie bass), right side of screen are the higher tones.
                The T11 are apparently quite heavy on the Treble out of the box, so the Eq settings in the video are set to reduce the volume of the higher tones, and therefore make the mid and bass tones sound more prominent in the mix.

      I thought it musdt have been due to my shit review, so if you haven't reviewed, it must just be because they've (finally) realised their big (profanity).
      But I already forced a refund through Amazon chat.
      Could get a free set of earbuds I guess, but I'm just not that type of person.

      • Actually mate I told them that I had already sent mine back for a refund and they insisted that they still want to send me a new pair of T8/T11's!

      By the way, if you have any friends who bought T7 or anyone who is complained about T7, would you please ask them to contact us? We will try our best to offer them a better solution.

      • How do you contact them? There's no option on Amazon to contact seller. I want to get a replacement instead of a refund.

        • I only recently tested my T7 to find them not functional. So I used the "Ask Product Question" on the order to talk to them and sort out a replacement. Probably a bit late for this response to help you but thought i would post in case anyone else has this question.

  • Received my replacement T11's today. Delivered by Amazon Flex. Took less than 4 days.

  • I also got replacements. Both one set of T8 and T11 each.
    I tested the T8 and the battery went from 100% down to 10% in about 7mins. I will test again tomorrow, however I am thinking they are all possibly faulty.
    Can anyone who received replacements check and advise if they are having issues with the battery not holding charge for long.

    • update after testing:
      out of the 2 x T8 and 1 x T11 sent out as replacement -

      Both T8's are faulty.. one set the battery won't hold in the left bud (after fully recharging, it only goes up to 50%, right bud goes to 100%), then by end of one song, its down to 10%, while right bud is still 100%.

      Second set of T8, won't power on at all, so can't be detected and paired with phone.

      The T11 i got appears to be working fine so far.

      • What is the battery time on T11 ?. Mine only lasted 20 mins from 100% to 0%. I fully charged them before using.

        • I'm getting something close to the advertised battery life on my T11 set.

  • I haven't noticed it when connected to my Tablet, but today listening to Spotify (Windows App), Bandcamp and Youtube Music (in browser) through my PC I'm getting dropped sections, garbling and most disconcerting of all, playback speed alteration through my T11 replacements.
    It's not a computer thing (CPU running at only 6%) and I find it hard to believe that it's a connectivity issue being only 0.5m and direct line of sight to the Bluetooth dongle.
    I've never experienced any such issues on this same setup with the Soundpeats Trueair 2 that I typically use.
    In fact I'm astounded by the range I get with the Soundpeats. It'll happily hold a solid connection at 15m through 2 internal walls and the external brick wall.

    UPDATE: moving the BT Dongle from my USB 3 Hub to a direct USB port has largely resolved the issue. Still weird.

  • Returned both the T5's and T7's that I ordered on this deal. T7 was DOA, refused to pair with any devices even after multiple factory resets. The T5 was fine for a few weeks before the right bud died outright.

    This was really disappointing because I have multiple QCY T1's that I've had for a few years that are still going strong today. Will tread carefully when considering QCY products in the future.
