Sign ups via TikTok rewards are boosted to $30 worth of points which can be redeemed for a $30 Amazon Gift Card.

  1. Open Tiktok, sign in and visit the rewards icon.
  2. Create a new account on a family or friends device and enter your unique sign up code from your main account.
  3. Claim the points in the app and link your Amazon Account. The gift card balance will appear in your amazon straight away!

Edit: for those wondering how to enter the code after sign up, go to the rewards section of the new account and click Earn points - then there will be a field for the referral code of the main account, then an option to follow that account. Points should show up instantly.

Edit 2: users are having issues because they are not using a separate device new to TikTok

Referees can receive 5,000 Reward Points for creating content on the Platform and using the hashtag #GiveJoyGetRewards in the video caption during the first 10 days on Platform, starting from the day of registration.

    Update, it worked on the iPad to put the code in but not on the iPhone. $30 bucks were there in 10 seconds!!!

    Signed up, but nowhere to enter the code. Rewards section shows 0 point balance for both inviter and invitee after using friend's referral link

      When I try to connect the 'link to Amazon Gift Cards' step, I get an error message "This withdrawal method is not support in your country"

    • Eventually sorted the error, and got the voucher - I had to fiddle with delivery addresse - but how did you make two Amazon accounts, as I had to put a phone number for it to accept my address, and it wouldn't accept my real phone number as it's already used with an account, ie I had to put a fake phone number. Fortunately didn't ask me to verify - but it might be an issue when it comes to delivery.

    IT IS NOT THAT HARD TO DO.

    ENSURE YOU USE A DIFFERENT DEVICE TO MAKE THE NEW ACCOUNT SO YOU DON'T GET THE ERROR 'Something went wrong, try again later'

    1. ON THE OLD/ORIGINAL ACCOUNT, GO TO REWARDS (REWARDS BUTTON IS NEXT TO USERNAME ON PROFILE PAGE ON MOBILE), THEN GO TO THE GET REWARDS TAB, PRESS INVITE AND SEND YOURSELF THE 'INVITE LINK COPIED'

    2. DOWNLOAD TIKTOK THROUGH THAT LINK ON THE NEW DEVICE

    3. SETUP THE NEW ACCOUNT ON THE NEW DEVICE THEN GO TO THE EARN POINTS TAB ON THE NEW ACCOUNT IN REWARDS

    4. INSERT THE CODE GIVEN IN THE 'INVITE LINK COPIED'

        After making a new account on the second device (through the invite link from the first device/account), I put in the referral code provided by the first account into the second account; this gave the first account the 300,000 points.

          If you do the same in reverse with 2 new accounts but same devices to make a second claim… Does that work?

      • If you've made the new account on the second device through the invite link from the first account, in the Earn Points tab in Rewards you should see a place to put your code in.

        It should say,

        'Enter your friend's invite code

        Available for new sign-ups only'

    • can't see a place to enter referrer code on the second device. TikTok was installed on the second device using the referral's link.

    • I got it to work after going through 3 different devices that has never touch tiktok until now. I'm pretty sure you need VPN on other device or actual friend so that the app doesn't skip the part with picture of amazon card that says "x user has invite you to tiktok" If it skips it, welp either the account or the device is flagged to not participate tiktok rewards as typing the code in didn't work for me

      If it helps anyone, use your email to sign up. Don't use google/facebook account etc sign up method

  • You most likely need to link your phone number to work.

    • I didn't need to, made 2 accounts with 2 different emails on 2 different devices. Worked for me.

    Didn't work for me used second phone, invited by SMS, installed it from link, signed up no referral given.

  • I've done 5 successful referrals from my single account but had 3 not work (all new devices where TikTok has never been installed before).

    All were done with sign up via email only, no phone/SMS.

    The 3 failed ones all got to the enter referral code part but then just said Something Went Wrong or A Problem Occurred (can't remember exact wording) as a banner and just wouldn't accept it.

    I dunno I was skeptical at first but I tried it myself - I am using 2 iPhones here on iOS.
    I have a different number on a different phone.. so I referred myself on my existing TikTok account via SMS.
    Opened the message on the other phone I have, (on 4G - turned off wifi from all the comments previously), downloaded TikTok.. it then went through the sign up screens, I chose with mobile number, entered the OPT etc.. then I was in.
    Thinking - umm I never entered a referral code….
    - Then I figured it out…..
    I went back into the TikTok app (on the new account) tapped the rewards icon, and then 'earn points' - it then had an option to enter the referral code there (after I had already signed up).. did that and entered the referral code from my original TikTok acc.
    Then went back to my original TikTok account (on the other phone) and there was 300,000 points, there, I went through the steps to redeem it, and it asked me to access my Amazon account via TikTok - figured what the hey… did it.. and then noticed the $30 there.
    It does work!

    EDIT: Doesn't work when you keep on trying with additional devices with the same referral code - comes up with an 'opps' error.
    However if you are game you could keep going with daisy chaining off the next device, using that new referral, then again on the next device using the previous devices referral etc.

    didn't work. deleted all accounts, never use this Chinese trash.

    • I guess deleting wouldn’t matter anyway for privacy. As your data has been shipped across. They may keep your data archived for some reasons.
      Hoping this is not the case.
