Cheapest it has been for a while, but not as good as the 1/2 price $1.25 deals in July and August.

Did you know Bostik Blu Tack was originally developed in 1969 in the UK as an accidental by-product of an attempt to develop a new sealant using chalk powder, rubber and oil?

Who cleans their keyboard with this?

Just curious given it's a use case for it on the package?

    Thanks OP

I have some Blu Tack that needs removing

  • +32

Also $0.00 in the stationary cupboard at work.

    • +2

I should buy this and keep it in the cupboard at home… That's where I have been working from for nearly 2 years.

      • +5

That would make having an office affair a challenge.

        • +3

Maybe start one with your intimate partner that you live with at home.

@g1: And claim worker's comp for that RSI you've developed

      • +2

Wow that sucks, must be very cramped. I was lucky enough to be able to set up a home office in the study

One time I got it from Amazon and it was so sticky and stank like shit lmao. Went straight to the bin

    • +10

Yes, must be hell to have sticky Blu Tack.

  • thanks I have posters to put up

I use it as re-useable ear plugs for swimming. Handy if you already have an exostosis (surfer's ear) or trying to prevent one (disclaimer: not medical advice). All the other ear plugs I have used were punched out by heavy waves.

These are good play dough alternative that doesn't dry out

    • +1

Playdough is generally safe for kids to consume. Because kids may decide to eat it…

This isnt as safe to consume. But hey, I aint giving parenting advice.

    • ACTUALLY DOES DRY OUT

Never did I imagine a world where you could get a packet of blu-tack delivered.

    • Well Amazon split an order of mine so I am getting a chocolate block sent from Melbourne to North Coast NSW on its lonesome.

I'm expecting it not to be in that flash a condition by the time it arrives 😄

    • +1

I always wonder the same. And here we have coles worth giving us free delivery only on $100+.

      • +1

Amazon is losing money on deliveries to win market share. Great for us, but can't last forever.

    • +2

And there are parcel delivery delays…
I wish Amazon had an option for ‘add to next delivery’. Next delivery being some sort of customer elected (from a few options) box size that would be sent when enough is bought to fill it. That would be less wasteful.

  • Thanks OP was waiting for this deal for months and months

Prefer Selleys Ezy Tack these days. It’s white too which is a bonus imo.

these things have an expiry date. They stop sticking after a while.

  • Some stock available at Amazon again.

    • +1

      And again.

  • Available again at Amazon & OW (now at all 3 stores).
