very poor form selling items not on stock. Emailed them to cancel but no reply, tried to call was on phone for a while so put down the phone and raised an issue with paypal. These companies dont deserve to ever do business online.
That's quite typical for companies selling online - take moneys, worry later. What the worst that can happen to a company? They'd need to return the exact same money they took days or weeks ago.

I lodge paypal dispute yesterday afternoon and have not heard anything this morning so I called MyChemist (waited 25min) and it was cancelled right away. Paypal dispute can take days for a reply in which time they could have sent the package to you. If you are in a hurry to cancel then call them and cancel.

Received my 3 x 2 packs today (separate orders). Ordered on the 7th. I believe they are sending out just the 2 tests pack.
Did a refund request through PayPal and it was refunded immediately. I don't have time to wait for 30 minutes on the phone and they haven't responded to any emails, and I certainly don't want to wait 3-4 weeks for the shipment. I too ordered one of the recent deals from Amazon which has shipped already.
