SONY Fontopia Headphones $2.95 Save $5.99 (DickSmith Click and Collect Only)

91

Seem pretty cheap for a decent brand, sure as hell better then the default apple buds IMO. Yes not as good as $5 TDK pair but may do for now :)

In your sentence it could mean found, but in the original sentence, found wouldn't make any sense.

my only advice is that audio is worth investing in. for a product you might spend over 100 hours in a month using, its important to get something good.

    • Quality audio sounds way better than crap audio, but it does not always have to cost a fortune. Sony fontopia's are not all that bad, and I bet they would blow apple earplugs away. But I do agree with your point.

      • +4

saying your headphones would blow away apple earplugs are like saying you could knock out a 4 week old baby in a boxing match.

        • I actually find the Apple ear bud fairly decent, not great but certainly usable.

  • frequency range is very good. For people who cannot stand the noise-isolating earbuds, this is quite good.

  • Out of Stock in Metro Brisbane, thanks for posting thou.

These headphones are rubbish. I have one. They don't stay in your ear. They fall out easily due to their shape and size. The cover for the headphones provides added friction so they don't slip out as easily, but you will quickly lose those because they can come off easily too before you notice they're gone and you won't find them again.

At least that is my experience with them. Perhaps you have different ears and they fit better for you. Caveat emptor.

    • These looks like a pair that I had in the 90s, I don't think they changed in design (at least externally) since then. Therefore I think you might be in the minority.

  • If these are anything like the Sony MDR-E10LP that i bought from DS, the quality is pretty good. way better than the stock apple headphones.

  • Sorry to get everyone's hopes up, but there actually was stock before I posted, maybe not a lot by looks of it now though. Then again another thing to remember not everyone that views these posts is a member or posts anything at all (400+ clicks). Oh well, another day another bargain :-)

    • There was some in stock at Bankstown when I ordered online and arranged to collect at the store. But was told at the store that they are out of stock, so no luck there.
