  I wrote to them via the Customer Contact on their website at least 2 weeks ago, and still haven’t had a response!! :(

      PayPal refunded me pretty much instantly - between lodging the dispute, getting up to collect the snail mail that was delivered as I hit submit, and sitting down again, it was resolved and refunded. A shame, as I was really looking forward to a jerky fest over easter.
