  I'm not a HODL person, but Asus just announced they're cutting their price of GPUs in Australia by 25%, so I'd expect other prices to follow with it. Give it a few weeks.

    Has that happened or about to happen? My 1060 just shit itself so looking for a replacement. I can wait a couple of weeks if it means normal pricing again.

      I don't think it'll mean normal pricing, but I do expect the 3070 to hit sub-1k.

  I'm not paying RRP for a 2yrs card, stuff that, 1/2 price maybe, HODL for the 4000 card.

    Fair enough but the new RRPs for those cards are likely to be way higher, Nvidia/AMD won't get caught out again… I expect that they'll launch with no MSRP to be honest ala 3080ti…
