Well seeing as this store has been posted before, safe to say they're legit.
As per their ABN it's Lotte Travel Retail Australia PTY LTD https://abr.business.gov.au/ABN/View?id=71628207367 - so they'd be clearing end of life/short dated Duty Free stock I'd imagine.
I've bought from them via BNE Marketplace in the past when they've had similar sales and no issues so far with the products I've received though.
They are genuine

Can confirm that they are legit, bought 5 different fragrances during their last sale. Took a while to arrive, but no complaints on the products themselves. Highly recommend the Elizabeth Arden white tea for about $20, gave it to my flatmate for her birthday and she loves it.

I’ve received 2 of 3 orders so far. I can only fault 1 of the items I bought. Which was the; Guerlain Samsara Edp 100ml. The item pictured for sale was the older version and what I did receive was the newer reformulated version. Other than that, everything is great and this is a fantastic sale. I’m still awaiting the 3rd shipment and if anything isn’t genuine from it I will post back
I received my order. First of all I doubt it is all legit. Also, I have checked the batch products and all of them are expired, and not by a month. Some of them have been out of the shelves for 5 years !
