We have it on good authority that provided you activate the SIM within 2 weeks of receiving it (as opposed to purchase date), cashback will be approved.       Can we trust Boost to get this right though? They can accurately identify delivery date, allow a margin of 14 days, match activation to an order in this system from six weeks ago, link that to a commission transaction, and process it all without error?

          What's the normal timeframe from activation for the status on Cashrewards to switch from Pending to Tracked/Confirmed?

      It should be within 4 weeks of receiving. I renewed my existing plan a few days before I received the sim, which was yesterday

      We've ordered a few on 1April to use over Easter. Still nothing, even after waiting for 45+mins on chat a few times, still no answer.

      The cynic in me thinks it's a way to take your money & hope you forgot. Or more likely the marketing team hasn't talked with the supply team before launching the deals.

    has everyone got theirs? it's been nearly 6 weeks, I've left several online chat messages, but no response. Today I finally got a response to the chat & they suggested I "purchase a $2 sim, activate it, they'll give me 10Gb extra credit" as compo! errr no thanks, you can refund me. if they don't I'll just do a chargeback.

    I've activated Boost, used up the 40gb data and moved onto my regular $1 Kogan sim 50gb already.

    Standing by to see if the $10 cashback gets honoured.
    CashRewards today rejected my Optus A8 tablet and data plan cashback.

    I activated almost two weeks ago and it is still showing as "Pending" in Cashrewards. Probably time to submit an enquiry I think? This has been a mini ordeal lol

    Did others still not get their SIM?

    My sim's never turned So I asked for a refund and after some back&forth they promised one on the 10th (in 3-5days), but it didn't happen, Telstra got involved and started claiming I just needed to be patient & no refunds….So I went to the Ombudsman and Telstra called up & gave me a $60 refund (2x face value), I said I was happy with the $18, but they said no, the extra is an apology. So I guess I came out with a better deal, but never again.

    Contacted CR after my cashback was past due (17 June 2022) and was informed that it would need another a few more weeks. New date is now 7 July 2022. For those whom their cashback has past due and still pending, you may want to check your new estimated approval date.

      I noticed a week or so ago that the estimated date had changed to 7/7/22 and the amount had dropped to $6. I just checked it again after seeing your post and found that it was approved today. I'm not going to bother chasing the other few dollars, or bothering with any future Boost cashback offers either.

    I noticed mine recently changed to 9 July. Not fussed as long as they pay it. Rewards amount is still $10.

    However after the experience with the delay I'll be avoiding Boost in future.
