Xiaomi-Australia on eBay No Longer Registered, Can I Claim Warranty Somehow?

Hey,

I got this deal on the Xiaomi Dreame Trouver Power 11 Handheld Vacuum Cleaner. It's been great but now the battery doesn't even last 20 seconds, down from 7-8 mins when I first got it.

Xiaomi-Australia is no longer registered on eBay. Does anyone know if they still exist or if there is another way I might be able to claim this?

I paid with ebay gift cards.

I have bought a ton of Xiaomi products in the past and this is the first defective one so I am not going to be too upset if I lose $100 here.

Thank you.

Your kind of lucky in that if you welded in some new batteries it would go again. If you had the E6 error it would probably not work again even if you replaced the batteries.

    • Can you please expand on that? Do you know what error E6 means? My vaccumm does not even start with 100% battery & E6 error

I tried ebay and mi-store but none were helpful. eBay asked me to contact xiaomi-australia which no longer exists. Mi-Store won't provide support if it was not bought from their official resellers

Try contacting Xiaomi support directly at [email protected]

  • I’ve heard by Australian federal government wechat is not bound by Australian law.
So I guess Xiaomi not to ACL

i also now have the e6 msg. Will try and find a way to hold these pricks accountable.

  • I have the exact same problem with mine, did you get this sorted?

    • Nope :( given up. But I did open the battery up and it has 7 x 18650 batteries which I think could be replaced with a bit more determination than I have.
