      Hey there pretz. Our specific regions will change from time to time based on how our profiles are cupping but in general all of our beans are Organic, FairTrade, Arabica, Specialty Grade and are processed fully washed.

      I hope that is helpful enough.

      For actual traceability and actual ethical trade, not the marketing joke that is certified FairTrade that is an exploitation of minimum wage, shop elsewhere. Beans can't be this cheap without an underpaid farmer at the other end. Make sure the farmer, farm or co-op is listed.

    You can select Whole Beans if you have a grinder or you can select Filter Grind for your drip machine so it comes ready to use.
