I have one of the mixer taps. Works very well and is easy to fit (hand screw fitting). It actually dropped to $50 or $55 in our Local Aldi at one point but was restocked at just under $80.
I don't know but double the warranty and a no-fuss return process of bunnings is probably a big point to put in your decision matrix.
The fuss isn't in the return process. It's that you have a non working tap and have to disassemble it to get it back to Bunnings.
It's much better to just have a quality one so it doesn't break often in the first place.
Not saying the aldi one is any good either lol…
Agreed, bought a mixer tap 2 years ago from bunnings. Its already visibly rusting on the outside.
Has 10 years warranty but I haven't bothered to take it back because of the inconvenience factor. Next time I'd just pay more for a better quality one
I bought the kitchen tap last year , the one that extends , only issue wiht it is.. water can trickle thru the gaps in the extender …
Same here but different brand I bought from Bunning. Take caution to use the extender and regularly tighten the ring/valve to prevent it from leaking.😭

Anyone in the know/with experience, are these Aldi ones better than the cheap Estilo ones from Bunnings?
Looks like Bunnings might have dropped the prices of some of them to match Aldi, but I can't be sure as they aren't coming up on Pricehipster
Didn't manage to get a kitchen sink mixer tap over here in WA - they never got the stock, but their "stock checker" on their website says they all have stock. Can't even call around to ask who has stock as the number just redirects you to the online stock checker now. Bit disappointed with that! if anyone has found stock in WA, would be happy to know!
