  There doesn't appear to be. There is a web login for SHiFT, but it just has management for your password as well as display name. Nowhere to enter the codes.
  
  Incidentally, this is supposed to be the last codes for a while. They were using the weekend to test the code system.

for people who missed out on keys this is the latest and WORKING (PC only) way to get a lot of keys

step 1 download this profile.bin file (has 255 keys)

Step 2: Open documents/my games/borderlands 2/willowgame/save data.
Step 3. copy/backup the profile.bin file in this folder
Step 4. Replace the profile.bin in that folder with the one you downloaded
Step 5: Run Borderlands 2 and go to sanctuary.
Step 6: Should have 255 golden keys.
Step 7. keep the stuff in your pack NOT your shared stash (that saves it in the profile.bin)
Step 8. quit borderlands 2
step 9. replace the downloaded profile.bin with your backed up one (you can redo steps 4 to 6 as many times as you like)

      yes it works online and no one can confirm if you will get baned or not for it
      its only posible because of the other ini file way seeing the patch that fixed it moved the data into this profile.bin file and of course people who didnt use the keys they hacked they still had them (like this file) but they didnt get baned

  Problem with this is, in replacing your profile you lose your Challenges related Badass Score, such as Kill 10 enemies with a sniper rifle gives 10 points (or whatever), that means you lose the unlocked abilities with that score.
  
  You can swap your profile back (if you made a back up), but then you lose the keys attached to the downloaded profile.
  
  However if during the time of having the downloaded profile, you complete a Challenge and received its associated points when you swap back you lose the points and you CANNOT gain it back because the challenge is marked as completed, so those points are missing. If you stay just in the room, opening the chest the most likely challenge you will lose is the one related to picking up purple items. But that can equal a few Badass points and a few Tokens too.
  
  To get around this, only pick up purple items with the downloaded profile until you are 1 pick up away from completing a Challenge (example: 9/10 Purple Items). Swap back and complete it (10/10), then switch back and pick them up until you get to one point behind again (example 14/15).
  
  If this doesn't make sense, and it probably doesn't, there is not much I can do as it confuses me too.

Can anyone confirm that you can open and close a chest as many times as you want and the items will change to something else each time. It will only cost you one key to do this.

A friend of mine who had only one key used it very early in the game and just opened and closed it a lot and he managed to sort through a few items before he found one he wanted.
