either its taking a long time to get through all the orders, or they sent out some of the earlier orders before realising the full situation and arent sending the rest.

  I think it means that AP have received the documentation and they may not have picked up the item yet. Just call Grays up to cancel - the sooner the better. Grays Outlet have a pretty good cancellation policy.

    I tried calling up to cancel the order yesterday but the guy who answered the phone wasn't helpful and told me that i can't cancel orders once its been ordered. Also reckons the status means its been shipped but i still haven't received it. also they have a 7 day returns policy but it will cost more then $3 to sent the cds back and it doesn't include the $5 shipping refund so its not worth the trouble i think.

    AusPost tracking is fail.. They never update it but on the odd occasion they do it's false entries - A few times I've been home all day or had someone at home then they've listed on the tracking site that they had an 'attempted delivery' but no one was home 3-4 times in a row for the same package when in reality they never even turned up.
