!watchtime will let you know how long you've been counted as streaming. Scuffles did say he has rejected drawn winners in recent months if they haven't hit the target and redrawn (multiple times) until he got an entrant that had followed all of the conditions.ScufflesTV is also giving out codes worth 10 entries each on his streams and also on @yngsmiley and @joshjppepper (codes on his you tube stream).
JP is, lets say, more organised than Smiley! But JP doesn't stream every day.Scuffles did say the other day that he still had 800 codes to give out. So (I'm guessing) there could be a big flood of them towards the end of the comp.
