Hello folks, I can't understand why I can't login to my ING bank account.
I am using Microsoft Edge, and I get to the stage where I have to click onto the secure page and nothing happens. I have googled this and can't find an answer. I have discussed this with my son, and he came around with his MacBook, and he had no problems logging in for me. I have tried with google and with a private window, still nothing.
I'm hoping that the brains trust can help me please

Maybe try either Firefox or Chrome and see if they work. If they do, then clearly the issue is with your Microsoft Edge browser.
Is that when you're logging in after clicking the link in that funny but official looking email/sms?

just logged into mine, try clearing your cache and cookies.
Open CMD type ipconfig /flushdns
