    Ive said it again and ill keep saying it, never buy Dreame.
    - Terrible Customer Service
    - App is shite to use
    - AMEX had to step in when I asked for a refund after they told me to cover the sensors with tape because it doesnt perform well on dark tiles.
    - asked me to upload photos and then videos of it not performing to a website that you had to purchase online storage for.

      But i also see good reviews. What customer service do you require? Maybe it's just me, but i don't recall ever needing customer service for anything - is it fault related?

        My app bugged out and my robot kinda bricked it self contacted support and next day (Monday) they replied to hard reset which fixed. Idk ig it’s just luck of the draw like every tech support

      when it breaks i’ll return it to amazon as always 😂 I’ve only had a roborock which has a pretty good app and i’ve heard that the dreame app is nearly the same quality, is it not ?

      What model? I'm hoping maybe it's better more recently. Btw I am currently considering a Dreame and checked out their Reddit - the use of Chat GPT by their official spokesperson there is a bit blatant. Perspyod rather have a genuine response even if the English isn't perfect

        Yeh agreed, theres a lot of good feedback out there! Before you go and drop a never buy dreame (which ive seen you have done on a lot of threads) be more descriptive! What model, when was it, what broke?

      My L10s Ultra has been rock solid for over a year now. I have mid grey tiles and also floor boards throughout my home.

      I have used dreame for last four years no issues whatsoever so I don't know why you need to go to customer support again been using AliExpress consumables
      thinking of buying my second one. What am I missing?

    I have had the S10 plus for about 4-6 weeks and it does a pretty good job as vacuum and mop across hard floors.
    House has 2 floors and totals about 160sqm, you can map each floor and then manually carry it up and down stairs to do them individually when it finishes the floor withoug the base station it returns to the starting position.
    Not quite enough battery to do both consecutively without recharge.

    My complaints so far is the water tank is a bit small to do anything wetter than a normal mop mode and needs to be refilled to do 75sqm (2-3 hours) so can't do when we leave the house for a few hours.
    The app is a little slow to connect to the vac when first opened, it will say vacuum is offline for a few seconds until a nag screen comes up which can be closed and then it communicates fine. Some features are buried in menus (such as manual steering) but don't need to use them much, I haven't had many different models (last one was Bissel) so not sure how other apps may be better.

    Map can be broken into whole floors, rooms or spot cleaning of areas.

    Can't speak about customer service and all my tiles are lighter or mid grey, i have really dark tiles so can't speak to OPs problems.

    Is the Roborock S7 Max Ultra worth the extra $350? Very significant cost difference but this is gen1 so a bit offer.

      i had to make this decision as well, the s7 max ultra or the new qrevo L or this one with the discount. The other models don’t seem to be on amazon business so i had a look what is. I’m pretty sure s7 max is the trash mop that is just dragged unlike the spinning ones on the other two models. The s7 max is an old model also now. After looking at the features it seemed like the dreame one had similar to the qrevo L and saving $450 so i’m trying it out, never had one before

    This is a fantastic price for this unit. I paid way more and have been very happy with it for over a year now.

    As with all robot vacuums you need to spend some time getting the map exactly the way you want depending on your house layout. But after that it works very well.

        Same here, frustrating as I clicked the coupon terms and it said 'usually' expires 23:59 on expiry date which was showing 16Jun
