Not sold by Amazon AU. Listing is sold by Skyradar, potentially grey import

True but Officework did price match for me on call. YMMV!

    Lucky u.

    • Thanks, Yeah I do feel that. Put this across here in hope it helps others as well!

      • you can help by sharing the receipt.

I did something similar with JB, they pricematched MyDeal for $205

They can design all this AI features but they can't put in true multipoint connectivity so I can listen to media on my buds via the Windows computer and still get calls through my buds from my phone.

Fustrating that a $50 pair can do it but not Samsungs top lineup

    • Thats the reason I did not buy these.
Same goes for Apple Airpods as well.
Thats why I use Jabra headphones and earphones for the convenience of having multipoint connectivity to receive calls on my mobile while connected to my PC for Teams call etc.

Officeworks won’t price match due to grey importer. Skyrader are on the blacklist. OP got lucky.

Buy 10% off GC from Classified forma of OZB. Plenty of people selling those.

I did buy it from skyradar few months back and it stopped working after 2 month…. Good that amazon had helped me get the full refund.. I would not recommend purchasing it from Skyradar.

  • Is the call quality good with these earbuds?

    • just shared my opinion on it.

  • s** I lost the right bud so I was going to buy this. Nice timing. thanks for posting this
And after using this for about 6 months, my personal opinion on this is extremely positive.
Especially when you talk with someone on these buds, the other person on the call won't notice you are using a bluetooth headset
    it clearly / amazingly eliminates

    • Winds especially when we run (you also dont hear the winds)
    • POORLY FUNCTIONING BUT NOISY Sydney Trains
    • Water (Especially when I was washing the dishes)

and active noise cancelling is good - I used bose / sony and I didn't find this one imperior to any of it
so I went to Samsung the other day just to buy the right bud but they said it costs 165

    • hmmm I have the bose ultras and the samsung buds 3 pro earbuds both on my desk right now, the Samsung set are fantastic in terms of their weight, ease of connectivity with samsung devices and earfit for me. The ANC is nowhere near the level of the Bose Ultra buds imo. Bose are an odd fit for me compared to their older stuff with the wing tips, and I kept having connectivitiy issues with them on devices with one bud dropping out, however, when they are actually working and stay in my ears they are much better than the Samsungs.

      • thanks for letting me know. I used the bose qc and sony wh1000xm3 :)

That actually intrigued me to have a look at the bose ultra buds mate haha

would you mind if I ask what's the call quality of bose ultra buds?

        • had look at all the reviews on the bose ultra buds but is the connectivty that bad? some are saying this is the dealbreak for the bose ultra buds :/
        • +1

Connectivity was bad enough that I went out and bought the Galaxy Buds because it was annoying me, I think that kind of answers the question if that makes sense.

Tried- said they could not price match 'sold by Skyradar' price.

Picked up a pair, OW pricebeat big W marketplace. Ended up at $189.

    • Are you able to pm me the receipt so I can try my luck again?

Tried over the phone and instore but got a no can do.

      • showing the receipt isn't gonna do much unfortunately

    • Me too, pm the receipt please

  • I just returned a pair of these to Amazon. Sound quality was fantastic, but they either fell out of my ears using the big tips, or dug into the cartilage using the mediums and caused quite a bit of pain.

Not ideal for gym use — disappointing noise handling
I don’t recommend Samsung Buds for gym-goers. While they’re marketed with noise-cancelling features, I’ve noticed they actually amplify high-pitched noises—like when someone drops weights or slams a weight stack. Instead of cancelling the sound, it sometimes comes through even louder and sharper, which can be painful and jarring during a workout. If you’re in a noisy gym environment, these might not offer the protection or isolation you’re expecting.

Warranty repairs is shit from Samsung for the earbuds. They ask questions and inspect the buds like you are a convict.

Then it took 1.5months for a replacement.

Almost 10 hours of time jumping between departments who don't talk to each other and can't see each other's notes.

Don't buy this if you want your sanity.

    Buy Apple or something else.

yea i shy away whn it comes to samsung phones and apparels. i am leaning more towards motorolla these days.

    • That sounds terrible but I had the opposite experience.

My galaxy watch died after an ocean swim. It was out of warranty but they still replaced it for free with the latest model. It was a great experience so yeah I'd be happy to entrust them with warranty issues.

  • I'd go a Soundpeats Air Pro 4 or Pro 5 over these anyday. Wife got gifted these through a supplier,, she hates the rubber style fit. I hated these with a great passion. Feel like my old Air Pro 3 has more bass.

  • Coming from buds plus I had hoped I'd like these but honestly after using them since release I'm not sure. The anc can be very hit and miss and I struggle to get a good seal from any of the included tips (buds plus were perfect though). They also tend to work themselves out a lot easier, despite feeling lighter in the ear than previous models due to the stem design. Somehow the stem doesn't secure them any better either.

  • From everything I read the Nothing Ear seems to win out compared to the SBP2? Does anyone have a pair to comment? https://www.soundguys.com/samsung-galaxy-buds3-pro-vs-nothin…
