I'd recommend the 30% less sugar option because normal Milo has 43.6% sugar.

Well, 31.3g(/100g) of added sugars in normal milo v 18.9g(/100g) of added sugars in the less sugar option.
It’s important to distinguish between natural and added sugars. Nothing wrong with lactose unless you can’t digest it or are allergic.
Would love the added sugar labelling to be standard in Aus, alas…
Also the added sugars in the less sugar Milo is stevia, which tastes like crap to my taste buds, and for many others (for those who don’t like it, it’s similar to the coriander=soap discussion). Trust me, I wish it didn’t because it’s in almost everything these days. But I can taste it straight away in almost everything it’s in and it’s just repulsive.
Why can't they just make things with less sugar but without stevia ffs…

Isn’t it more to do with the fact that you are paying over $4/kilo (31% of $13.5/kilo) for the sugar that’s added to it? Add them yourself, this is ozb.
Lol yeah, it’s marketed as a sports drink, for which sugar is essential. But then a full belly of milk and chocolate is not gonna be a good time running around 😂

I like the Aldi alternative. It tastes good and has a cheaper everyday price. And as an added bonus, its not supporting an unethical multinational.

NRG Maxx seems ok in hot form, but horrid in a cold milo style mix (where you have 50ml of milk and the rest milo). tastes like funky nesquik chocolate. good as a mocha though.
It's got way more malt, it tastes like Filipino and Indonesian Milo.
