    LOL, why is everyone posting here that they've sent $$ to paypal.

    When you send money, there's a notes section in paypal where you can crap on as much as you like. Why confuse the issue by posting everywhere.

      I have no idea … as a guess it could be anything from the sim being incorrectly inserted to the sim may need to be activated.
