    Bought a phone case that was close to $10 but coulda paid half price for another seller.

    And the coupon expires.. Doh..
    Paid for the case anyways as no option to back out

      Im assuming these coupons comes from customer service. Those online help chats.

      I've been on a live chat on mobicity before querying regarding about the delivery times and as the chat ended, the representative gave me a $10 off coupon as a thank you for the question.

      I guess the same goes with Paypal

    OKay did some research it seems that CSWELCOME113 was legit code for January-1 2013-13 hence 133. CSWELCOME213 was meant for Feb-2 2013-13 hence 213, but was activated early by paypal. So it seems that CSWELCOME313 may be working in march, or if we are lucky and paypal activates it early then next month.

        You can buy the item when you are in guest mode and pay for the item with paypal. That way you don't have to risk the code expiring.

          It's been well noted on here that it's not the best way to go about it.
          While the final fee can be gotten back from eBay the seller is stuck with the listing fee.

          If you must test codes then do it on a guest account or on an item that requires immediate payment as you haven't actually bought the item from the listing until you have followed through with it.

          You get an unpaid strike against your name, but no negative feedback.
          eBay seller is still stuck with a listing fee but then there's the added screw over of them having to wait until the payment period has passed for them to contact eBay and get their fee back and then they can re list.

          Not Good I think there are a few unpay transactions on eBay with that Master 16GB SD Card.

          Because some of them like me applied the code and rejected during paypal.

          It might be worth noting that the test only works if you haven't used the coupon before. If you've used it, the test will still show that it works, but when you actually try and pay, Paypal will reject the coupon.

        Haha, good luck. I hope I'm wrong, but I suspect they wont make the same error again (at least not a variant of the same code). I think someone would need to extract the new code from someone at Paypal customer service. Just wondering how exactly one might do that :)
