Not the cheapest its ever been, but a pretty decent price for a very good magnesium powder. Citrus or Raspberry flavours. Claims to be 1/2 off the RRP. Other Ethical Nutrients products also "1/2 price"

Correct, the toxicity may even started at as low as 0.5mg depends on ages, https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK554500/. I haven't found a decent Mag product that either own or made in Au …

"Ethical Nutrients"

is it magnesium glycinate? if its not its shit.

It is.

why?

@kungfuman why

This amount will give your kidney a workout… Over 300mg to 400mg and your doing damage. Those kidney's need to last you the rest of your life… dont damage them people
Powders like this can be a very easy way to overdose

The Food and Nutrition Board recommends a dietary allowance (RDA) of 400 milligrams of magnesium daily for adult men and 310 milligrams for adult women to help prevent deficiency.4
However, a qualified health claim approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) sets the upper limit for supplementation at 350 mg of magnesium per day
https://www.fda.gov/media/155304/downloadnot sure if Australian doctors agree

A limit is not the amount you should take daily! Its the max that your body can handle… still hard on the organs

nothing in the FDA document even mentions damage to kidney or other organs, and the document is very comprehensive. if you have 10,000 to 20,000IUs of vitamin D per day that magnesium is easily used up. if you have problems if means you don't have a balance of every other vitamin.

@kungfuman: The kidneys primarily filter vitamins and other substances from the blood, separating needed nutrients like vitamins from waste products to be excreted as urine. While the kidneys filter out waste, they also reabsorb essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients, returning them to the bloodstream.
Drinking water is pretty much the only thing that's not giving your kidney a workout.

Had to do a double take, for a second I thought it said Maga Magnesium. Wouldn't surprise me with the "health" advice touted these days…

3 grams of taurine per serve. that's a lot of taurine to sneak into something without advertising it as a "feature".
(redbull contains 1 gram and text on front of can is "Carbonated Taurine Drink")
Calling this "MEGA MAGNESIUM" makes it sound like it's just a high dose of magnesium, but it's really a mix of nutrients for muscle function.

Under the products warnings, it states it contains 52mg vitamin B6 per serve , which is excessive and possibly dangerous.
