From personal experience these work fine using uTag if you don't have a Samsung device.

If you got the $10 off jb hifi plus discounted gift card this is gold

  • Can I use it with non-Samsung devices?

    • Yes, but with some work (it's not native).

I'd find the link for you but I'm on mobile this morning. Take a look at past deals as this is a common question.

  • Thanks OP. Paid $83.60 with payto discount I haven't had chance to use.

these work amazingly, i have 1 in my car, one in my suitcase, my backpack and work laptop bag. they are amazing little devices.

  • Great price. I bought four earlier this year around $100.

Has anyone got tips to get more out of these? I took some on an overseas trip to Japan and found the reporting frequency in metro tokyo to be really poor, like ~10+ mins between position reporting. Perhaps I am expecting too much from these devices..

Also is anyone actually using them for other uses like smart home triggers or other automations? Are they reliable enough for that
