As per our policy, all devices are sold with a battery health of at least 70%. Additionally, we provide a one-month warranty specifically for the battery. Some laptops come with brand-new batteries, particularly in cases where the original battery did not meet our 70% health standard.

Thanks for the rapid reply.
Was hoping for 80% or better.
I was hoping for 71% or better

Not in the market as I bought a laptop last week, but +1 for informative reply and transparency.
For future reference definitely consider adding the battery policy info in the deal description for any laptop posts as it is (understandably) a common question here and usually a deal-breaker if that info is not available.

Thanks for your feedback! We really appreciate it, and we’ll definitely make sure to include the battery policy information in our future listings.

Can this be charged using usb-c? also around similar price, do you have anything lighter in weight?

Yes it can and how about this for lighter weight? https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/177456545864 I purchased one the other day and they accepted my offer of $550 ($500 delivered with the code). Still waiting for it (likely Monday/Tuesday now) but if the condition is to be believed, it seems like a decent machine for the price.
N.B. No USB-A ports on the one I linked.

Grade a for 70% battery seems like a contradiction.
OP - who pays post if it's returned for battery issues?

Its always bullshit. Sales people are shameless liars, until the lie becomes the new meaning.
Real "refurbished" means starting with a new battery. You'll need to refurbish this used laptop yourself.
The good news is that it is easy to do, along with RAM and SSD upgrade if desired.
Unfortunately 'refurbished' no longer means 'cleaned, repaired & restored'.
These days it just means 'we looked at it, ran CPUZ & BatteryMon then put a price on it'.

Real "refurbished" means starting with a new battery.
…since when? i don't remember that being any sort of adopted industry standard anywhere.

That's how the term originated. E.g. from Apple.
Then the scumbags started using it with any used items.
Like a "villa" was once a rural mansion. Before the real estate arses devalued it.

@bargaino: The term refurbished was around well before apple used it. It was even before devices have batteries…so to make the assumption that refurbished means it has a swapped batteries is something your simply hoping for, not in anyway how it originated

Once I clicked "Go to Deal" the price for $535 offered, not $482?
