500 Bonus Points for Linking Your Eligible Debit or Credit Card to MYER one Account @ MYER one

840

MYER has revamped its MYER one loyalty program, with new benefits and a revamped tier system which should make it easier to earn rewards.

In November 2025, MYER is launching a new affiliate rewards program (similar to Qantas Shopping or My NRMA My Cashback). It requires you to link an eligible Mastercard, Visa, or eftpos card1 and then activate offers before you shop at partners to earn MYER one points. Launch partners will seemingly include Petbarn, LVLY, mycar, DoorDash, Dan Murphy's and LEGOLAND Discovery Centre.

"I authorise my payment card network… to monitor activity on my linked card and analyse the data to determine my eligibility and share qualifying transactions with Myer"

Ahead of the launch of the Card Linked Program, you can earn 500 bonus MYER one points if you link an eligible debit or card card by 31 October 2025. Note: 1000 points = $10 eReward.

  1. According to the Card Linked Program terms and conditions (clause 2a), Australian-issued personal Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards, as well as eftpos cards can be linked to a MYER one account. Gift cards, prepaid gift cards and travel cards are excluded.

  • Where do you see the 500 bonus points?

    • +1

It was on the MYER one homepage, but is also found on this FAQ page: https://www.myer.com.au/content/faq#MYER%20one

I linked my card before 1 November 2025 but haven’t received my Points, why? / You can start earning Points at Partners from 1 November 2025. In preparation, you can link your card from 20 October 2025 and be rewarded with 500 Bonus Points.

      • +1

        When are the points added?

  • +2

This is worth $5 of "eReward".

  • This might stop you getting higher Cashback from another store eg via ShopBack which might have the same store listed.

    • +6

If this works like Qantas Shopping or NRMA My Cashback, you don’t have to click through from Myer to be eligible. You could still click through from ShopBack, pay using your linked card and still earn MYER one points.

  • How or where exactly do you link a Mastercard, Visa, or eftpos card?

    • Click the “Go to Deal” button above - it links to the linking page, but you’ll need to sign in to your account first.

  • Do Myer One points expire?

    • +2

      Yes.

According to the MYER one terms and conditions (clause 3.5):

MYER one Points will expire two years from the date of issue to your MYER one Account if not converted into MYER one Rewards. Points will only convert to MYER one Rewards where the minimum threshold of 1,000 Points has been achieved, except where you have chosen Points Banking. To avoid losing your Points, ensure you periodically convert your MYER one Points to MYER one Rewards.

      • Mmm so it's probably a good idea to bank points so they don't expire

        • +2

Banked points still expire, they just don't automatically convert to MYER one Rewards.
Only benefit of banking would be if you want to save up for a bigger single MYER one Rewards than have a number of smaller ones automatically, which themselves each have a one year expiry period.

    Thanks OP

  • Is the card stored in your online account? Don’t want someone being able to log into it and make purchases or steal my info

    • +2

      Just card number

      • Its fully hashed/tokenized so the card number itself is not actually stored

  • Qantas and NRMA card tracking have never worked for me, if this one uses the same tech then it won't either. But maybe I'll be able to use the $5 off something

    • +1

I think the digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) may be partly responsible - given they change your card number to be distinct from your physical card number.

      • I don't use digital wallets.

I have added cards from several Australian banks and they get linked successfully, but no offer has ever tracked. I have tried spending $60 at BP when there was an offer on.

I mainly use the HSBC 2% cashback debit card now, because I'd rather get 2% guaranteed than risk trying another card and it still not tracking on QF/NRMA.

One time there was something on NAB Goodies and NRMA, and I got the cashback from NAB only. Maybe it doesn't stack but I was ok with that.

    • +1

Qantas and NRMA have worked for me, even with digital wallets e.g. buying petrol at BP and spending $60 for 400 QFF points

    • FWIW, Medibank Private tracking has worked for me

  • And of course Amex is excluded…Great!

    • Not surprised; NRMA and Qantas also exclude Amex.

  • Is it meant to deposit 500 points instantly after adding your card details?
Nothing landed in my account after doing this.

    • +1

I'd say it'll take 30 days to land in the account as it is with other similar promotions offering bonus points e.g. spend $x for y bonus points

      • Okidokes! Although I couldn't see anywhere in my account suggesting there was a promo for this..

        • +4

If you go to the Benefits section of the MYER one app, scroll down to the bottom of the page and you should see the promotion advertised there.

If you are on the MYER website, log in, then go to My Account, then Benefits, then scroll towards the bottom of the page and you should see the promotion advertised near the bottom.
