    Some great prices.
    Bugger about the sizes.

  • Picked up the puma fast-r interested to try them out

NIce list, showing all the available sizes at a glance.

Thanks for posting the sizes available. Makes it much easier than clicking all the links hoping for the best.

Thanks for the list, though it would have been nice if the equivalent women’s list was included as well.

Anyway here’s the link to the women’s sales shoes: https://www.runningwarehouse.com.au/Womens_Sale_Running_Shoe…

    • Women’s list is also good for the men like me whose feet are so narrow that most men’s shoes don’t fit properly…

Thanks - now to find a bricks and mortar (Athletes Foot?) to try on and then skulk away to buy online.

  • No Mizuno Wave 12's, devastating.

  • Thank you I purchased two trail runners from Hoka! Got the last pair as well.

  • Any good stable shoes under 150?

  • NOOB QN:Of the brands listed , which ones are most durable for running?

    • Depends on which part.

      Outsole. Puma. Hands down.

Midsole. IMHO. Mizuno is well known to build some tanks. But general run is the lighter and more Performant, the shorter the lifespan.

Upper. All legit brands are pretty good, unless you have long toenails.

      • Thanks. In summary, Puma or Mizuno is likely to last longer with moderate runs then?

What's the reason for asking? Fact is that all runners go flat..the question is are you likely to

          Get bored of that shoe
Stop running (for all different reasons, no time, injury, give up)
Run so much you are likely to wear it out in a year or 2 (general consensus is around 500km-800km a pair) you can work this out by your weekly avg km
Catch the shoe bug and end up buying more shoes and never have to wear this one again
          Etc etc

Common advice is you should avoid wearing only 1 pair of shoe. Try different heights, different drops, for training your different muscles. You should also use tempo shoe for tempo days, long cushion shoe for LSD, daily trainer for everything in between.

If you concentrate on one pair, it will wear out out much faster.

But yes. Happy to be roasted but my experience and many people's seems to be

Outsole: Puma Grip on Puma shoes, no contest there for durability.

Midsole: Mizuno daily trainers just goes on and on.

But it also depends on the model. Egm you buy a pair of Puma without Puma Grip, or a pair of Mizuno race shoes…which doesn't last as long as daily runners (Wave Rider, Wave sky).

  • Rip no size 15

    • Jesus, I feel like this might be a pretty blanket statement for most stock!

I am over the moon to have scored the NB SC Elite V4s for $150! Pink was not my preferred colour, but at that price, runners can't be shunners.

  • +1

Always ugly looking shoes when it comes to wide fit :(

  • Crap system. Put my order through as soon as this deal was posted. Received an email 3 days later saying there was a problem with inventory and they can supply the stock. Not the first time this has happened from RW

    • can supply

      Can’t supply..?

  • Bloody hell. Head spinning. I have been running for about 9 motnhs now. Doing OK. Using cheapie something or others. I know this will be a silly question, because there are factors that can't be discerned here, e.g. ankle inversion/eversion etc, but what is a reasonable shoe for an enthusiastic amateur? I know I am an heel/midfoot strike runner. TIA.
