Magimix are retiring the Black and Red colour models of their Cook Expert with a clearance sale. This is a thermocooker and food processor in one. The food processor is their 5200XL model.
I've tracked magimix products for a while, this is the cheapest the Cook Expert has ever been at around 50% off. The black friday sales are usually only 30%.
I only own the Cook Expert, but from what I can see, generally speaking the thermomix is better. Bigger community, more recipes, better app w/ connectivity and cookidoo seems pretty popular. You can adapt thermomix recipes but it requires a bit of experimenting.
From what I've heard, the Cook Expert is a bit better at making doughs/breads (but honestly if you're super into that, a stand mixer would be way better, but if you have limited space, a Cook Expert will do the job just fine). I also really love the food processor that comes with it, and appreciate the clear lid.
I've had my cook expert for nearly two years and it gets used a few times a week.
