Side note just tried to cancel my membership that was due to renew 1st Nov to take advantage of this and got given an offer to renew at half price! Happy days

    • +6

Nice. My current subscription also ends 1 Nov, but I already cancelled previously. Just checked, it only gives me the option of reactivating at full price.

I’ll wait a few more days for it to lapse and then re-subscribe for $20.

      • Same here I cancelled before and no promotion yet.

      • I messaged Onepass as i didnt get an offer either when cancelling and they gave me a $20 discount code for renewal!

    • +1

Tried to cancel mine now, was given the offer!

    • +1

Thanks, just saved $20 in 4 clicks too.

  • +3

Can it add to existing membership?

    • +2

I think the last time there was a promotion code you could add to your account which allowed you to "save" the discount until your current membership expired. This one doesn't seem to have a promo code, so may not be for existing members unfortunately (unless it's a lapsed membership).

  • +4

I signed up to their mobile plan which came with 1 year free onepass membership.

    • This. Cost me $20 and added to my existing membership. Just activated the sim last week. Can’t understand why some deals don’t get half the attention they deserve. This deal in comparison is just terrible.

      • +2

I’d hazard a guess that other people like myself are with other mobile providers that provide them with other deals. E.g. I get a 10% off shop per month with Woolworths mobile, which gets me $20-$30 per month off. Signing up to the OnePass mobile network for a once off $20 discount is nowhere near the value.

        • You don’t need to keep the service to keep the membership. It’s a one-off $20 cost to get the one-year OnePass membership and a sim starter kit. Just a spare sim you can use anytime.

          • +3

@Alley Cat: Too much of a hassle for little upside I guess. Everyone’s situation is different. Time is also money after all.

          • @Alley Cat: Valid point, but in my case I’d just never use it. It seems like more effort (at the same cost) to sign up and provide identity details to get a simcard that I would never use.
But that’s just me, obviously YMMV. Especially if you can think of a fun project to chuck the card into and mess around with. Then I could definitely see the value in it.

            • +1

@Chimpy01: @Chimpy01 @GIGAMINH Thanks, I see it now. It’s the training effect from boost deals. When it’s a sim pack I just automatically jump on it and don’t see the hassle lol

    • -1

That’s a great idea, often need an extra number (short term)

  • +12

Hopefully a discounted annual sub for woolies rewards shows up as well.

    • +3

Yeah I’ve been waiting for 3 months for this haha , I’m not paying $70 again, burnt after their last half price deal last year

  • +2

Nope. I cancelled my membership in September. Tried to renew just now but asking me to pay $40 :(
    Flybuys offer still shows up.

    • I cancelled in mid Aug and got the offer this time.

  • +9

So is this even worth $20? PS I don't care about delivery they're are like 3 Bunnings and 4 Kmart's within 10mins drive of where I live

    • +9

The 4 extra flybuys points you get per dollar spent are worth 2c, the break even point is $1000 spent/year for $20 of flybys points returned. after that you're in pure profit.

      • +3

This is really what it boils down to for me.
Free delivery (sometimes), express C&C,1-year returns, early access to black friday… not really of any value to me.
Personally, I'd struggle to spend $1000/year at those retailers.

Does OnePass have bonus points promos beyond what flybuys normally offers? Thats the only way I could justify paying the $20/4000 points

    • +6

It wasn't for me and I cancelled. Note that the Bunnings free deliveries are only for small items.

I tried ordering a 15m hosepipe roll once and was told it does not qualify for free deliveries as it is too big.

      • +1

I agree. There are free deliveries, but only for a some of the small items, and the delivery time can be about a week or more. Makes it hard to get the benefit from it.

      • +1

I've had a 20kg bag of cement delivered. (though they wouldn't do two in the same order)

        Also 2x 9kg heat beads.

The weight and size limits are pretty reasonable, unless you are actually ordering materials for a new shed.

    • It is when they do bonus flybuys promotions. I just so happened to buy an Apple Watch from Officeworks during a 10x flybuys promotion and made off like a bandit.

      • 20x (not 10x) plus stacked promos and then you'll have made off like a bandit.

        • +1

It was price beat at least, give me that much credit :D

          • @taitems: That's a stacked discount so definitely a win! ✅

    • +3

I had it for a year when it was around $20 but I didn't find a ton of value from it. But the biggest thing for me is buying stuff from Kmart and having to go into the store for returns

    • It depends how much you use it.

I have already earned 100k points and still have a couple of months to go, should have about 150k by the end on the first year.

So yeah, $750 value for the cost of $20 is well worth it,

  • +3

    new members only yawn!

    • just use a diff email?

  • +1

    It's for new members only

  • +1

Showing $40, What’s the promo code?

    • Same. I signed up to the $40 (screenshot the promo). I’m confident I’ll get it for $20. But what hassle..

      • I too am only seeing the $40 with free one month trial option after creating an account

        • +3

Update. Support advised to access it via:
          my.onepass.com.au/account/subscription-management

Click start trial and I now have the $20 option available on my new account

  • +3

Existing customer and was able to renew with the 4000 flybuys option

    • +1

Same. Simply redeemed the 4000 on flybuys, and applied the e-mailed code to my currently active onepass account. Next renewal now shows $0.

  • +1

Thank Op. Due for renewal tomorrow, cancelled membership and when I clicked confirm a banner popped up offering $20 discount for renewal.

  • Good timing had Black Friday sale last year got this for $20. Now can renew again after it expires end of next month

Lapsed membership I guess wait until my one expires

  • +2

I come under lapsed category, tried 2 of my accounts showing $40 for both, how to get $20?

  • -1

I had to check out what this OnePass is
It gives "5x Flybuys points at Kmart, Target, Bunnings Warehouse and Officeworks" & more.

  • Thanks.. mine was finishing tomorrow cancelled it and got the offer…!!

  • +8

Existing members can redeem via https://experience.flybuys.com.au/rewards/store/item/?id=233…

You will get a promo code in email to apply in OnePass membership. Will make your next payment $0.

    • Trying that, but getting the ol:

      "Oops
An error has occured, please try again later."

      • +1

        Worked fine for me

        active membership
        OnePass
        Annual plan
        Automatic renewal in 7 days

        Next payment
        Amount: $0
        Offer discount: $40.00 off
        Date: 07 November 2025

        • worked too. i got the error first then refreshed and it worked ok

    • I'm unable to work out where to use the flybuys redemption code

      • +1

OnePass -> My Membership -> Manage Membership -> Apply Promo

        • +1

thanks! couldn't see the option as I had already cancelled. Had to reactivate, then was able apply the promo

    • thanks, bro!

    • Thanks for that.

    • It looks like a poor use of points unless you have the full 4000 points. They wanted $15 + 1500 points from me. Should be more like $12.50 + 1500 points.

      • True - perhaps the cash component isn't discounted 50%. I only have 1800 points and want $13 cash. I'll try the "Cancel renewal" hack and hope for the $20 pop up.

    • Thanks, this worked. 2 years of onepass sorted.

    • Does it add 1 year to your existing membership or from date of renewal?

  • Recently got offered the same ‘deal’ when not renewing it. For anyone looking to stay on, deny the renewal and you’ll get a “50% discount” to stay. Apathy tax alive and well.

  • It was Wesfarmers AGM yesterday, i know someone who attended and there was a year of OnePass for free available, anyone have a contact with the code? Not even sure if it was a unique or generic code

  • +3

The offer to renew for $20 for lapsed members wasn’t there earlier this morning but has now appeared as a limited offer. Just renewed myself.

    • Yes now showing

      • Same for me. Wasn’t there this morning but just checked and there was an option for $20.

  • Rejoice! My plan had expired for a couple weeks now but have been holding out for the next discount. Time to place all those orders.

  • Works on my existing OnePass account with inactive subscription (cancelled during the trial period).

After logging into OnePass, going to My Membership - Start a Plan showed the $20 annual option.

    • It says on their page:
      "Please note:
If you cancel your plan during the free trial, you will lose your promo code and it cannot be re-applied."

Do you think that's not the case, then?

  • check citi email you may be eligible for $80 GC benefit including "Free 12-month OnePass membership"

  • I purchased the membership last year using points to use next time for a renewal. But I did not receive any email with the code. Does anyone know how do you retrieve your coupon code if you have purchased this already?

  • For current members go to manage membership or start a plan if you don’t have one active. You should see this offer there as well.

    • When I go to manage membership it comes up with $40 per year

  • Have been waiting for this

Cancelled my ONE PASS just before renewal had the reminder set.

Went to cancel and it offered to keep a subscription at $20
Got distracted and closed it down and thought I'll do it later
Went to cancel and no renewal offer was there anymore

  • I am not getting this offer. My membership was canceled to renew and will expire later in November.

  • +2

Existing members, you can redeem the your flybuys at 4000 points and generate the code. Go to your Onepass membership and put the code. The membership will auto renew with that conde when your current one pass expires.
    Just did it for me.

    • Thanks, just did this

    • Cheers and note if you have more than one from previous deals, you can keep a copy and then day after the current period ends add the new code. I confirmed this with support a while ago.

  • +1

My membership had finished. I was able to renew for $20 with this link today. Thanks OP.

Question, the offer meant auto-renewal got turned on.

If I cancel the membership today, straight after having made the $20 payment, I assume the membership benefit would still last for the next 12 months? They don't just cancel your membership completely if you cancel before the renewal is due?

    • +1

yes I always cancel mine immediately and it lasts the year

  • +1

Does anyone happen to know if the code purchased with flybuys points is tied to the account that it was purchased through?

For example could I purchase a year's One Pass with 4000 flybuys points and gift it to a
    friend?

    • Yes you can

  • I cancelled OnePass membership last month, with expiry date of 22 Nov. I've just received an email from OnePass today with unique code to reactivate membership for $20, even though my membership is not yet expired. I proceed to reactivate membership for $20/yr.

  • Got an email to join back up for $20 and 15 days free, but there's no option to pay with flybuys? Only has Card, PayPal, and Apple Pay as payment options. How do you pay with flybuy points?

  • Good to see this is back pretty much just renew already thois time you will get $20 annual fee

  • -2

Can you abuse the change of mind returns to own something for a year for free?

  • Anyone tried to redeem 2 promo codes and renewed 2 years?

    • What you do is save a copy of the code, then the day after it expires add the code and then repeat for subsequent years.

      • I've already renewed and it will be $0 to Nov 2027

But what I want to know is if I punch a second code it will it renew to Nov 2028 or will it not accept

        • Ahhhh yeah that’s the same as mine. You can try it but it won’t accept until after the current one be has expired.

          • @bobwokeup: I see lol what if onepass goes to $60 would that mean we only get $20 off haha

  • No way! I just cancelled my membership last August.

  • I can't apply the redemption to my membership. I have a decent deal as the next recharge is $20..

  • Didn't get the $20 offer but can use 4000 points. Noice.
