Service Fee: $1.43 plus a distance fee of $1.10 per kilometre for deliveries exceeding 1kilometre. The distance fee is based on the estimated distance between the store location and Delivery Address and includes partial kilometres on a prorated basis.
There needs to be a law against saying "Free Delivery" when they put the cost into "Service Fee's" instead
Lol. 'Service fee' I can maybe arguably understand. But when you add a distance fee there is no way you can call it free delivery!
Surely this is already against the ACL as misleading advertising…

Confusing name for the delivery service. I got a notification on phone thinking it was the channel 7 app - e.g like 9Now app
Soon it will be free items (excluding shelving, staffing, and store operation fees) 🙄
