Having worked in the industry, the supplements industry in the US is a wild west. Unsurprisingly, a quick search turned up some mixed reviews like these: https://www.reddit.com/r/Supplements/comments/16r7ysj/is_evl…
This is true. Supplements are classified as a food and not a drug in the US. This means they aren't as heavily regulated as they should be. I remember watching a documentary where they say this means the supplements industry is essentially self-relugated. That said, I don't know the reputation of EVL and if they deliver what they promise which in this case is 100% WPI with/without the stuff listed in the description. The Reddit link provided is a good start although there are comments that discredit the brand and comments that don't. You'll have to make up your own mind.
On the other hand, the supplements industry here is regulated by the TGA and the products are classified as therapeutic goods. This means they are more heavily or more strictly regulated.
Consumer Reports recently independently tested and found that many US powders contained unsafe levels of lead and other heavy metals. Worryingly, Optimum Nutrition (which seems to be popular enough here) is listed, as with many plant proteins.
EVL's non plant proteins seem to be safe, but just FYI.
