Use desktop, barcode nolonger comes through email it seems. So no need for legit email

Yes me too, ignore above comment. But if you use desktop you can screenshot the barcode without a legit email.

Worked on mobile + received email
I got the barcode ok but it's not working in store for me either - voucher not found in system. BWS call centre said that it's the store till's issue and to come back another time and it might (?) work.
Never got an email and the barcode didn't load on the browser.
From what I can gather from my mates, some people had the barcode display on their phone screen and some people just got a "here's your barcode!" message on screen with no actual barcode. And some people received an email with a barcode and some didn't. A couple of people were using an incognito browser tab, got an on-screen barcode they couldn't screenshot, and didn't receive an email.
And there's all the reports above of the barcodes not getting sent through to BWS' system in real time. Not a good implementation of this promo.
Asks for mobile number. Anyone tried claiming more than once?

Got the barcode show up immediately after filling out details, and a few minutes later got the e-mail with the barcode too - haven't tried to redeem at a BWS yet but hearing other reports of it not working I might wait a bit too.
Tried to redeem at BWS, code not recognised by their POS. Had 2 redemption barcodes to try and neither worked.
I guess it's a POS in both respects

So likely not yet set up on BWS system.
Try another day. Runs until 2/12The makes sense. The first thing I would do when I set up a promo is I would make it so people give me all their personal data then you can't redeem the product. Real good look for the brand.

Couldn’t redeem. I recall having this same issue the last time this was a promo, i think it was from Liquorland. Luckily last time when the barcode didn’t work they just gave me the can anyway and then Kirin sent me another code so I got 2 cans, no such luck at BWS…

Not sure if this is a scam or straight up incompetence but this required far too much personal information, resulted in an unseeable code and then excessive spam over the night.
Since last night, I have gotten 22! emails saying I can get $5 off a 4pack. Maybe start by giving the free can you advertised? Ugh

oops… i used someone else's email address to try and redeem code, cos someone said the code would be showed on screen therefore using an alternate email address would've/should've/could've been ok… So, someone has spam for $5 off a 4 Pack :-P

It looks like the emails are now being sent every 10 minutes. Earlier it was like every 40-55 minutes. lolol.
This has got to be one of the worst screw up promotions I've seen on ozbargain. I want to block the emails, but seeing how many I get before they eventually stop is humourous to me. We should have a competition to see who gets the most !
