      I have seen Ampol Foodary service stations stock the variable load denomination, which allows you to load to up $500 on one gift card.

      The promotional picture for this offer also shows this denomination.

      I have no idea which denominations are stocked at your local Ampol Foodary though, as stock does vary from service station to service station.

      According to the FreePoints comments section do this deal, no (which is hardly surprising, because my points for fuel purchases are never credited instantly either). You will probably need to wait up to five business days for the points to show up.

        yep just tried myself, got a $500 gc with no point. Finger crossed. Based on my experience with wws, if the point does not arrive instantly, most likely it will not arrive.

        Hopefully I dnt have to chase this one up

      We just bought out our local Ampol Foodary, transaction doesn't even show on the EDR app. But our receipts show the linked EDR card so I'd chase EDR customer service if the points don't eventually show up

      Easeir way is that you add these gift card to your Apple account. Then you can use those fund for whatever purchase you want. Could be apps, games, subscription or even physical store purchases. You can use these fund for both in store and online physical purchases.

        Just not AppleCare+ online or in store, need the physical cards unredeemed to purchase in store.

            @darthsparrow: I eventually gave up after escalating for weeks because Apple would not let me use my credit balance to pay for monthly Applecare+. In the end they refused to refund me the credit I had or allow me to use it to pay for AppleCare. Maybe you can pay upfront for the year or 2 year subscription but I am near certain you can't use it for the monthly subscription.

    IMO I would wait a week and hope if there are gift card issues Woolies customer service will be better than Foodary.
    Unless they all route to the same call centre

    But due diligence is still best during purchase

      Our Ampol Foodary had the new cards where the cashier had to rip up before activating it. Then you had to physically remove the card and rip off the security sticker to reveal the redeem code

        The only way to buy these is to open it before paying to check if it is not tempered, got 2 back in January from the new one, both tempered, luckly got the money back and kept the points at least, but too risky.

      No it says in the offer that "You do not need to boost this offer". It also says that points can take up to 14 business days to be loaded onto your ER account.

    Just spent an hour on chat and phone for missing points. Was told to ring Ampol. They credited my EDR account with the equivalent credits as good will.
    Never again - I’ll stick to buying direct at Woolies.

      T&Cs says it could take 14 days to get points. You got lucky as you'll probably get the points in time.

    Just purchased two cards from Ampol. One is not working properly. Apple can’t help and Ampol can’t help because the manager is not due back till next week. just buy from a supermarket where they know what they’re doing.

    Wasted 1 hour on live chat and phones. support are useless

    receipt showed my reward card number, they still refuse to credit any points and ask to wait for 14 BUSINESS days
