I was at a store picking up a REL sub, while I was waiting for the sales guy, I had a wander around the store and they had some of these playing, I have never been a big fan of Klipsch, but wow! I have been wanting to make my own speakers using compression horns after listening to them, the highs were so detailed and perfect, I really didn't want to go home and listen to my Dyns (which to most are an expensive speaker!)

Usually in a Hi-End system, when the system is not in low end range(total spend is more than 10K), the investment ratio should be sound source > Amp > speaker. So to this speaker, I expected the expense of the whole system will be 80K.

So with 1 watt of power these speakers should be outputting 105 decibels measured 1 metre from them… so a perfect concert sound experience in your 1 bed apartment

15” woofer … my vintage speakers are 12” woofers …ahh these klipsch were designed in the days when size did matter.
