  • Beware, I’m still waiting for my e-gift card from the Bunnings dewalt deal a couple of weeks ago. I’ve entered the details online twice but no dice. I’ll have to call customer support next, but pretty unimpressed.

Half the time their webform is broken. If there is no confirmation email it didnt work.

      Email customersupport@bunnings.com.au
With all the details that the webform asks and ask them to submit it for you.

    • I filled the form twice (for two invoices) at about 10 pm on Sunday (26/10). At 5:10 pm on Monday, I got one gift card, and the other was rejected because I put an incorrect invoice number. I filled the form again with the correct one, and got the gift card after less than 45 minutes.

As we are talking about Dewalt, I submitted a redemption request on that same day (26/10), and until now, I haven't received any feedback from them.

    • Unfortunately had the same issue for Dewalt months ago and it sounds like they haven’t fixed that issue. I had to chase them up either via email and/or calling them I cant remember, multiple times, maybe 2-3x before finally they acknowledge they can see the submission, somehow.

    • Last time I had to submit about 4 times before it worked. I gave it a few hours between trying again. When it works, you get a confirmation email straight away, then the e-gift comes later, normally within 24 hours.

    • It does take a while, from a similar deal they did earlier this year it took me more than a month to get it

  • I know for a fact DeWalt has issues when redeeming e-GC, Makita is always good and fine always get the auto acknowledgement email right after submitting.
But has anyone done Bosch before? Can anyone confirm if you get the auto acknowledgement email right after submitting?

I just submitted my claim for a Bosch purchase and I got the auto acknowledgement email straight away.

      • Tyvm for your reply <3
