          They said its a price error. Logistics messing up doesnt make it not a price error. Good for you honestly (they didnt ship mine :'D) but that doesnt set the standard for prices

        The hell does that have to do with anything?

        How they handled it was completly unacceptable, they threatened to send debt collectros after someone because they messed up with a pricing error and then messed up again by refunding headphones they sent out. Mind you they are also calling and threatening some people whos orders were cancelled and didnt recieve the headphones at all. its a complete shit show.

        These XM5's are also complete junk with a widely reported hinge issue, these are VERY likely to break after a couple years of use, this is 100% a design flaw and was even fixed with a revision to the hinge with the XM6's yet Sony says it is NOT covered under their warranty and you will need to fight to have your warranty honored.

    the real Sony bargain IMO is ULT Wear. I got one from Sony eBay, "seconds" for $160 something with one of those 15% Sony codes

    awesome sound, high res LDAC codec, plenty of bass when you need it without sacrificing quality, very good ANC (I believe it shares ANC chip with XM5). I had it on flights and on commute trips, I take Teams meetings in them at the office, I am very happy.

    can feel the difference in quality now that Spotify Lossless is released.

    for reference, XM4 sounded too flat and boring for me.
