My Tips:
- Choose Max 2-year plan (+ 3 months) US$107.75 for the best value. Do NOT grab the 5-year plan offer in the pop-up. 5-year plan and add-ons are ineligible for cashback.
- Use a new email for PureVPN if purchased before.
- Pay with a card without international transaction fees if possible.
- The tracked amount in your TopCashback account will be slightly lower than what you are charged. This is probably due to the currency conversion fees/taxes as PureVPN reports in USD which is converted to AUD. 130% cashback minus the fees/taxes.
- If you use PayPal AU, PayPal AU may charge a currency conversion fee. It seems not possible to change the currency to USD to bill the card in USD instead of AUD. These fees are ineligible for cashback.
- Tracking may take up to 5 hours.
- If your order doesn't track, please cancel and request for a refund from PureVPN within 31 days under their 31-day money-back guarantee.
- If you cancel for non-tracking, you can buy again. Use a new email address for PureVPN with the same TopCashback account. Same payment card is fine.
- You can cancel auto-renewal/subscription after you have received cashback.
For better tracking, use the TopCashback app, click the 'Get 130% Cashback' pink button to the PureVPN website, use mobile data (not Wi-Fi) and Chrome browser.
TA's Tips:
- A new email address for PureVPN is considered a new customer.
- Prior to using TopCashback, disable/remove all 3rd party plugins (AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, Honey, etc), VPNs, avoid browsers such as Brave and close any additional browser tabs.
- For iOS device: Apart from ensuring you’re not using an AdBlock app for Safari, the most important one is to ensure you have ‘Prevent Cross-Site Tracking’ turned off (see here).

What will stop me getting my cashback
- Cashback is eligible only on 1-year, 2-year, and monthly plans (Standard, Plus, Max). Cashback is ineligible on 5-year plan, Teams multi-user plans, and/or add-ons.
- Only one (1) PureVPN purchase is permitted per member every 28 days (4 weeks). Check your TopCashback account to confirm last purchase date.
- PureVPN is excluded from all signup and referral bonus thresholds. Reference the Tell-a-Friend terms for more information.
- Cashback can only be earned by customers opening a new PureVPN account. Renewals are ineligible for cashback.
- Cashback is ineligible on payments made with Crypto currency.
- Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.
- Cashback is ineligible on use of any gift cards, vouchers, or store credit for partial or full payment. Cashback is also ineligible on purchase of any gift cards.
- Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.
What else is essential
- Cashback is calculated and paid on the advertised cost of the plan only. It will exclude upsold products, GST, other taxes, credit card or PayPal surcharges.
- PureVPN orders report to your account excluding GST and other taxes, and may show a further difference in purchase amount due to international conversion rates. This is beyond our control.
- Engaging with plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, VPNs, DNS AdGuard, and browsers such as Brave may prevent your order from tracking.
- Accept and allow all 3rd party cookies on the retailer's page if requested.
- Return to TopCashback to click the 'Get Cashback' button for each new transaction.
- Transactions must be completed solely & wholly online and must not be assisted or negotiated via phone/chat/email. Failure to do so will cause tracking to fail and/or have cashback declined.
