    There's a $2 service fee + delivery.

Be careful, this company may use regular vehicles instead of refrigerated ones for deliveries. The milk I ordered last time arrived at room temperature. Customer service said they use ice packs during delivery, but they still agreed to a return and refund. The next day they came to pick it up, again in a normal van, who knows which customer it went to afterward. Since then, I’ve never bought any chilled or frozen products from them again.

On the other hand, eBest which is also a Chinese delivery service, uses refrigerated vans!

    • fridges in delivery vehicles break all the time.

half the time family member gets room temperature mince, and melted ice creams from a major supermarket. and they pay a yearly subscription!

they've complained multiple times but it keeps happening.

So by that logic, because others do it badly too, we should just accept it?

        • +4

no that's not what I mean.

you ended your comment with "uses refrigerated vans!" as if a catch all solution. so I just shared a honest experience that even seems not guaranteed to keep your items chilled and fresh. obviously it could really be a matter of luck, or the area you get delivery to etc.

not saying "lose your money and cop it" not sure how it came across like that.

    • It could have been a once of incident. And you were unlucky it was your first experience with them.

For example I've only ever had one yerrible delivery experience with Amazon. But if it had been my first experience it probably would have really tainted my view of their delivery too.

which is also a Chinese delivery service,

They only deliver to Chinese people???

      • +2

No, they deliver Chinese people to you.

        • +2

Thanks, I think we're having Chinese for dinner on Sunday night…

    • Received mine with ice packs and sealed. Dulwich hill area

    • buy your milk from a supermarket….its in the refridgerated area….

    • You had me worried about my refrigerated items last night.

But fair play to them. Everything was delivered on time in an refrigerated truck with ice packs.

      • You can drink plant milk but not cows milk unless very careful

Wait till it expired you get Miso….

Dairy Farmers Full Cream Milk 2L – $3.99 (Was $6.99)

wtf, this milk is 2 for $6 at my local fuel station.

    • +1

      my fuel station

      u wot m8?

    • Coles brand milk tastes funny.

      • +1

That particular milk is good for your funny bones

    • The same brand is $4.50

      • -1

Sorry I should have worded it better.

So if I can buy home brand milk for $3.20 I'd expect this to be less if posted as a bargain.
Also delivery fee well & truly kills it.

  • Them RRPs, are they for real??? Pathetic!

  • Eg Woolies sell 2L Dairy Farmers for $4.50 and those 700g Pace Free Range eggs for $8.95.
Also one per person limit on eggs is pathetic when they can be had for a similar price elsewhere at the moment with the glut of eggs hitting the market at the moment.
That's a solid neg right up your backside Umall

Since when is $4 for dairy milk a bargain, haven't bought it for 8y.

It delivered at night shift, I have to chase with driver and the driver pretending or dont speak English, when the package is delivered all the frozen items were missing yeah those are on special, have to get a refunds for those and took more than a week, never again!

What a joke to save 2 or 3 bucks. Just go to colesworth, or Aldi.
