Just got an email with the announcement from Merlo, but interestingly, I did not find the info on the internet, so it might be a targeted offer.

Last Day for George Street Flagship Cafe

It’s with a heavy heart we announce the closure of our Brisbane CBD Café this Thursday 13 November. Our very first Merlo Café has proudly served coffee lovers for over 30 years.

We’re closing with a bang on Thursday, with free coffee all day! So if you’re in the area, be sure to pop by for your free brew and to say goodbye to our team.

  My post disappeared. There's a sign on the door about the free coffees. They tell you there's a 20 min wait but mine was less than 10 mins. Iced lattes are free too.
