      This used to say Purchases from Australia. What they actually mean is people purchasing FROM China. Very bad wording and quite pointless since those in China can't order from AliExpress.

    In other words if you're spending <A$171 then TCB is better and >A$171 SB is better.

    The 35% applies to both new AliExpress and Shopback customers. This stops people from creating multiple AliExpress accounts to cheat the system.

        Yes, but if SB pick up that you're using multiple accounts they'll ban both and you'll forfeit any pending cashback on either.

      This stops people from creating multiple AliExpress accounts to cheat the system.

      AE is pretty smart at detecting duplicate accounts.

      Creating a new account with different email address and mobile number isn't enough. They check for other matches such as delivery address, payment method, etc.

      Pretty sure that's an error, as the link goes to the affiliated product checker, and items have to be affiliated to be eligible.

    But the product is an affiliated product - I have checked from link !

    I placed my order through a link that was verified as being affiliated. However, after completing the purchase, I checked my order and noticed that the product link now shows it is not affiliated.

    The original product page stated:

    “This page aggregates information about the same product sold by multiple sellers. The products may differ in details depending on the actual seller. The current seller for this item is XXXXX Store.”

    It appears that the original affiliate link directed me to a shared product listing, and as the order was processed, the system switched the seller to a different store.
    Will the cashback still be valid then?

    Hi, If I use one of the Aliexpress coupon like AUOF70, will that cancel the shopback CB?

    Because it says You won't get Cashback on: Virtual products (gift cards, coupons or any form of stored value)

    But then Yaman1 says it worked. Just don't want to find out in the end I wasn't eligible for the shopback CB.

    Ordered 15 items in single transaction and got tracked all. But only 1 item got tracked as a new customer, rest as an existing! Weird cause I’m a genuine new customer of Ali.

    Cashback tracked quickly, but I've no idea how it's calculated. It seems Shopback deducts Aliexpress coupon value and Paypal discount, but the amount is still slightly different compared to order info on Aliexpress site. Probably different USD/AUD conversion rates.
