Small Business - What Is The Best Website for Courier Services

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a website which can give me competitive pricing for courier companies with multiple carriers for my small e-commerce business.

Your suggestions are greatly appreciated and thanks in advance 😊

  • Aramex,… if you want your business to collapse 😉

    • I used to hate them when they were Fastway. Missed pickujps, complaints about fees/rates and missed deliveries. Under Sendle in 2024/205 - flawless, have not had any issues. More problems via Auspost Express w/Insurance than Fasway/Aramex in 2024/5.

  • As a buyer I will avoid anyone that uses Aramex. For those businesses that don't tell you they use Aramex before your purchase you can get me once but I will never buy from you again.

    Death to Aramex!

  • avoid Aramex & Couriers Please at all cost please

    • Came to name and shame the same!

  • sendle
    auspost business
    interparcel

    • It’s been a while since I used sendle but I’m fairly sure they do not give you a choice anymore. Early days you could choose either cheap aramex all the way up to next day services with tnt and toll

      • i got a Sendle parcel from Perth last week, it was next day with couriers please, no idea how it was so fast coz they always take 1-2 weeks to come from melb or bris

        • Jeez , last time I got sendle it was a 3 day adventure from Gold Coast to brisbane - granted this was via aramex.

    • e-go is cheap and reliable

      https://www.e-go.com.au/

  • I've just started using FastCourier and so far so good. Good rates for CouriersPlease and Aramex for metro areas, especially for larger packages. Might be better out there but it's easy and no minimums etc. Auspost is still better for rural but I think that will always be the case.

    • Any business that uses Aramex or CouriersPlease is the last time I purchase anything from them.

  • AusPost business

  • Sendle is very good if you're shipping small parcels to metro area between cities or within. It's 30% cheaper than Auspost and quicker too. But don't use them if you're sending to regional area.

For comparison, interparcel is good but I used interparcel for larger parcels to interstate or same day courier. Interparcel won't beat sendle for small parcels

Alternative is if you're selling your product on amazon, store your goods in their warehouse and use their distribution service (it works for both amazon and non-amazon orders) their pricing is too good for small items.

    • Does Amazon make you commit to not under cutting them in other channels like they do in the USA?

  • Auspost my business Band 3 code:

    Retail$B311

  • Shippit

  • Avoid couriers please like the plague. I’ve used them a couple of times with express and both items took more than a week… Google reviews also terrible

  • It depends also on what ecommerce platform or shopping cart that you are using. Check out our solutions at https://www.webdev.net.au/ shipping is one of our specialties.

  • Thanks for suggestions everyone. Will definitely avoid Aramex 🙏
