The rep confirmed on Reddit there is no limit to how many times you can stack your subscription and the expiration date will be shown correctly on your most recent invoice.
Note: Tweaknews through newshosting is limited to 100Mbps so it's best to put it as the lowest priority in your newsgroup client as a backup server.
