Click 45W PPS PD Dual Charger $8.96 ($5, $6 at Selected Stores) in-Store Only @ Bunnings

661

While picking up the Ozito jet blower to dry my plane after washing I discovered that this previously popular charger is still on clearance for an even lower price.

Looking at the Bunnings Stock Checker there's still over a dozen of stores with stock. Mt Gambier and Armidale for example are selling them for $5, while Caloundra is $6. All others appear to be $8.96.

USB Total Output: 45W Max.
USB A: 5V/3A, 9V/3A, 12V/1.5A 18W Max
USB C (PPS): 5V/3A, 9V/3A, 12V/3A, 15V/3A, 20V/2.25A 45W max

Happy bargain hunting!

Pity its not 2x usb C

  • My last purchase didn’t come with quality charging.

What is your definition of "Quality Charging" and how does any determine it

Avoid. This brand is of very poor quality.

100% I just logged in to upvote you

    • What was wrong with it

      • Bought two and both stopped working in a few months.

    • It is purely sold as consumables or couple of times use. You get what you pay for.

      • You get what you pay for.

Don’t agree. Why are you in OzB then?

  • +7

Wouldn't recommend - avoid, not worth $8.96 or free.

Anything 'Click' brand is a Temu version of Temu.

  • 30w is better. I used it for 1 year without issue

Charges two walls at the same time?

From what I know, most 45W charger is rubbish because of lower efficiency and higher heat. Even popular brands like Anker, Ugreen, Belkin, etc. dont make good 45W charger. If you want the fact, just watch the channel AllThingsOnePlace on Youtube.
Can't imagine when a 45W charger will blow for the price of less than $9 :((((

    • Such a good Youtube channel!

Why only 45W and not other wattage?

      • I'm not an expert so hard to explain. But the channel AllThingsOnePlace does make it very clear with data and analysis. You can check it to see :)

    Unresolved Reports
1 for Insufficient Quantity (<10 Items)
    1 for Expired/Sold Out

Should have gone to Specsavers - how hard is it to read a deal? That's 7 stores that meet stock requirements for a deal.

    • There isn't an ozb post without at least 1 report

I do enjoy calling them out. They'll be too embarrassed to comment.

The ikea charger is a much better purchase.

Not an amazing charger. But have this for a while. Use just to charge my phone and the USB to power a Wireless charger/Lamp

One thing I would note the USB-A is 9V, which is hard to find in any other charger. So the Value in it is the USB-A 9V

    • Once upon a time everything was Qualcomm Quick Charge with 9V. Finding a charger that does the 20V QC profile is harder 😉

      • 20v the POWER!

I have an old security cam and it USB but requires 9V to get charge and I lost the charger. Really annoying since you can't just use any USB.

        • +2

They normally have orange or green USBs and advertise QC or Quick Charge.

Click, buy then Flick…. into the garbage can. More microplastics for all of us.

  • 18 at my local (Mill Park!) They must be in the wrong aisle haha!

Been using mine regularly for almost a year without any issue.

Same with my three. Don't get the hate. I guess luck of the draw.

  • to dry my plane after washing

I want to know if this is legit or not ahaha

    • Legit. I've been flying for 20 years but haven't had my license for that long 😉

  • Saw a bunch of these marked as clearance stock in the Coburg store, sitting near the click & collect desk. They had a few different types too, all $5. Just be careful as they scanned at full price.

  • I got the last one at Mill Park VIC yesterday, the other one was an empty box (who is so scummy they can't afford $5)

  • I promise I could use click adaptor for 2 days then it died
