  • Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of any gift cards, vouchers, or store credit for partial or full payment. Cashback is also ineligible on purchase of any gift cards.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.

What else is essential

  • For prepaid plans, cashback is calculated on the purchase price.
  • Cashback is paid once per transaction, regardless of the number of plans purchased on that order.

      On Friday night, it showed $250 for me but I accidentally paid via paypal. Spent hours trying to get my money back because online chat said I could only call the prepaid care team because they can't handle card inf etc. Was told it will take 3 bz days for the refund to occur, so not buying until sure.

      The most hated provider on Ozbargain. Many people have reported issues with porting numbers in/out. I've had issues with autobill continuing after it's been turned off. They have some good prices but I wouldn't trust them with my primary number.

    This is so strange and so not professional.

    Banner shows Get our $250 Prepaid Plus Starter Pack for $169. That’s 200GB on activation. 150GB thereafter. Ends 04/12. New connections only. T&C apply.

    But the product shows as $250 and when you add to cart, it is still showing $250.

    Who is doing the maintenance of this Vodafone website?

    Update: 16/11 12pm AEDT: I contacted Vodafone who seem to be aware.

    • The price on the website will be update (sic) in 24 hours I would advise you to please wait for 24 hours then you can purchase the starter kit with $169.
    • Yes, we have escalated the issue before the issue is escalated on 15/11 and it will get resolved ASAP.

    Topcashback tracking has been hit and miss for me recently. I used the app with 4G connection, no VPN, adblock or anything that prevented tracking. Followed all the T&C.
    Two most recent transactions didn't track. Took about 2 months for one of them to show up after I file a claim.
    Did I do sth wrong or TCB tracking's fault?

      You will get 30% cashback for each SIM card when you purchase separately. There will be 2 transactions with 30% cashback.

      T&Cs:

    No tracking on my order despite following all of the tips for IOS (mobile data, TCB app, etc.). I’ve submitted a manual claim, hopefully this is approved. 2nd order this week not tracked using TCB, might stick with ShopBack until tracking improves.
