      So, there is about a $18k REBATE for this? Means the cost must be for about 55 kWh of battery. (Based on approx 1/3 rebate)
      So where is the ":freeby" between the 39.9 kWh and 53.2 kWh ?

      And of course this is a fully approved battery???

    Lol, yeah that's not a rule.

    And if the battery is Alpha ESS, I wouldn't consider it with the 5kWh inbuilt inverter limitation. There are better future proof batteries out there if you are thinking of getting an EV down the road. Hell I wouldn't even do it full stop, I'd hate to be throttled like that.

        Very professional response. This should be a warning to any future customers. Imagine having to deal with you for anything warranty related.

        And the fact you purposely did not disclose your business and what the product is, should be a concern for anyone what else you are not disclosing.

        There are far more reputable businesses to deal with, that offer better deals instead of dumping rubbish batteries nobody wants and hiding their business details and the actual product.

    My only thoughts on this, as was the case with the solar installer boom when Govt FIT was the rage and solar credits were available….many installers were just around for the credits, as soon as that ended, they disappeared. So make sure you use a reputable installer that is in it for the long haul. Right now there are companies popping up all over the place offering battery installations…here tomorrow, could be gone tomorrow. I'm not suggesting the company is dodgy, but Caveat emptor, do your due diligence with any installer.

    I just called the number and they said they don’t do Canberra. The post says that ACT is included. Can you confirm?
