  • I’m seeing $986 via my good guys commercial.

Your link seems to be TGG benefits, whatever that is?

  • I access it through corporate benefits. Didn't know that the pricing is different for commerical and corporate benefit.

"We have launched a new Corporate Benefits website for customers who access The Good Guys Commercial through a workplace, membership, or group organisation program"

  • The login is weird, I have a TGG Commercial account but it keeps saying enter your password without even checking if the password is correct or account exists or not.

    • They upgraded/split the websites. Go back through your emails and you should have one titled 'Your Account Is Ready – Reset Password To Get Started'

Then access via the link in my comment above.

Yeh looks like it all works differently now. Mine was via Rest Super. Never got any Account ready email and password reset doesn't send anything.

Finally managed to get back in to Rest (had to use app, still can't log in on website) and have to go through Rewards and click through to TGGC where it's already logged in as Rest. Bit of a pain not being to access via desktop.

There is a message on the Rest page which kind of explains it all:

*If you previously had an account with The Good Guys Commercial, the account has been closed. You can now seamlessly access the Corporate Benefits website without having to set up a new account.

My parents had one via Senior Shopper and that seems to be the same now.

Seems the pricing is not as good either. @Gracey must have a proper commercial account, where as Rest etc now direct to benefits.thegoodguys.com.au

Yeah that sounds right, I did originally get my account via registering directly with my ABN.

    • Yes, this happened to me - I know have to click through my member page that grants me access to TGGC - no email / password required.
